Richard Cook has been playing and teaching Celtic Wind instruments in Southern California
for over thirty years. In addition to Scottish Highland Pipes, he plays Irish Uilleann Pipes,
Irish Wooden Flute, Irish Whistle, Bodhran, Spanish Gaita, Bulgarian Gaida, and Scottish Small
Pipes. He plays in a Scottish Pipe Band, an Irish folk group, and a Bulgarian ensemble.
He has a lengthy list of credits including TV & movie soundtracks, recordings, and live
